Private Reserve is for adults age 18 and older because it can include strong profanity, insulting comedy, and adult flirting. Do not enter Private Reserve or misstate your age if you are under 18.

BigTalk is an AI-assisted rehearsal and coaching product. Scores are practice readouts, not psychological assessments, employment decisions, professional credentials, guarantees, or predictions about real-world outcomes.

BigTalk is not a substitute for therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, emergency services, or professional crisis support.

Do not use BigTalk to threaten, stalk, exploit, impersonate, discriminate against, or harass another person; expose someone's private information; evade safety protections; attack the service; automate abusive requests; or violate law or the rights of others.

Callouts must be consensual invitations to practice. They may not contain anonymous messages, public shaming, or deceptive claims about the recipient.

Record only your own voice or audio you have the right and consent to record. Do not capture another person's private conversation, voice, name, or identifying details without permission. The opponent voice is synthetic and must not be used to impersonate a real person.

A Runback can include one of your recorded replies, one synthetic opponent line, captions, and a practice score. You choose the exchange and open the share sheet. Review every clip before sharing and do not publish private, unlawful, harassing, or rights-infringing content. You are responsible for where you send a clip and for copies made after it leaves BigTalk.

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use anything generated by BigTalk. Never rely on the service for urgent safety decisions or professional advice.

You are responsible for access to your email, device, account, and private Callout links. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or link has been compromised. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Web purchases may be processed by Stripe. Purchases made through an app store are governed by that store's billing and refund rules. Prices and included features are shown before purchase. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund, and app-store subscriptions must be managed through the applicable store.

A Private Reserve purchase grants one consumable call with the opponent shown at checkout. The credit is consumed when BigTalk creates that call's rehearsal room, not for merely listening to a preview. Unused credits are not cash, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

A referral counts after a distinct invited user completes a scored rehearsal, not after a link click alone. Five qualified referrals grant one Snarky A-Hole call. Ten qualified referrals grant one Unhinged Tommy call and one Alessia call. Each milestone reward is granted once unless the offer says otherwise.

Do not create fake accounts, mislead people, buy or automate referrals, or use harassment or spam to earn credits. We may withhold or reverse referral rewards associated with abuse, error, refunds, or manipulation, and may change or end the program after honoring credits already granted where required by law.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content and operate the service. BigTalk's software, original Echoes, visual identity, and product materials remain owned by us or our licensors.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Beta and demo behavior may change before release.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigTalk is provided as is and without warranties. Future Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
